ABOUT ROGER OBEID

International Career Roger Obeid established his consulting firm in 1981, after having acquired worldwide operational and consulting experience in the hospitality, food and beverage industry. Having worked for reputable hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, France, Monaco, Cyprus, Malta, Canada, Brazil, the Middle East, the UK and the US, Roger offers his international clients unbiased counsel and design service.

Educational Foundations Roger is fluent in four languages and holds degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Marketing from prestigious schools such as Glion Hotel School in Switzerland, Cornell University in New York, McGill University in Montreal and the École Supérieure des Affaires (France/Lebanon). A strong believer in education, he is also a university lecturer in various hospitality management universities and colleges.

FSCI Standards As a member of several professional associations, Roger is also on the board of trustees of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) since 2006. He applies their ethical code of conduct while keeping abreast of the latest development in technologies, trends and work methods in the local and international hospitality industry. He is also a volunteer in many charitable organizations.
